The Challenge & Goals
1
Complex User Navigation
Users with multiple accounts found it challenging to access their data due to the cumbersome navigation process, hindering their ability to detect outages across multiple locations efficiently.
2
Limited Data Comparison
The system lacked the capability for users to compare data across multiple accounts simultaneously, restricting their ability to derive meaningful insights from the provided information.
The solution & Outcomes
To overcome these hurdles, we engineered a dynamic Dashboard that enables users to monitor the performance of multiple accounts concurrently. This solution facilitates seamless data comparison and empowers users to filter information based on their preferences.
Streamlined Outage Identification
Users can swiftly identify outages and unserved areas, enabling prompt action when necessary.
Simplified Data Visualization
Tools within a single page, streamlining the data visualization process.
Responsive Design
Ensuring data visualization across all devices for seamless accessibility and usability.
